Join us for our 2024 Open Evening on Wednesday 25 September 5.30 to 8.00pm
On Wednesday evening (September 25 ) we welcomed prospective Year 7 students to North Leamington school where they had the opportunity to look around the fantastic facilities on offer and meet students and staff.
In the theatre Head Teacher, Mr Lowdell, welcomed all our visitors and families, along with Ms Jones Deputy Headteacher and Mrs McBride Senior Assistant Headteacher SENCO.
Our Senior Student leaders, Millie and William, and two of our Year 8 students shared their experiences here.
Each department had a variety of activities on offer which included English transforming into Frankenstein’s laboratory to inspire vivid and creative descriptions, opportunities to be involved in a variety of experiments in Science, food tasting in Food Technology, dance performances showcased in the dance studio, and the opportunity to try the facilities in the Sports Hall and Gym.
In our market place visitors could meet with our Assistant Senior Student Leaders where opportunities included a chance to win a cake with the Charity and Community Leaders, information about our five Colleges with our College Student leaders and learn about the Duke Of Edinburgh schemes. Our Careers Team were available to share information as well as tasting samples of food from our Catering team
